Started taking this with menobalance gummies for peri menopause sweats. Wqs extremely sceptical but after few weeks definitely noticed marked improvement. Couple of months on and can definitely testify the combination of the gummies has been life changing! Not sure if just taking one product would have the same benefit. I tried this product initially because I was losing a battle with my skin and needed something to change. I’ve tried all the skin products and routines and nothing was really happening. I saw that this had so many good reviews it seemed stupid not to give it a go. I have to say I’ve been taking them for 2 months and my skin has improved noticeably. I’m still a little skeptical as I changed my skincare too so maybe a bit of both but I’ll keep taking them. I personally think they taste awful but I chew it quickly and then take my ‘hair, skin, nails’ vitamin after which tastes much nicer.

Bought these with a open mind. I suffer night sweats which interferes with my sleep. I started taking them on a Friday by Sunday no sweats and a good nights sleep. You can take our delicious gummies for as long as you like! You can take up to 10 StarPowa gummies per day, but try to spread them out through the day if possible. If you become pregnant, start breastfeeding, start taking prescription medication or are under any medical supervision you will need to consult your GP or doctor prior to taking any supplements.
